Abu Dhabi University organizes a forum "Institutional development and advancement of education"

Abu Dhabi, February 12 / WAM / Abu Dhabi University organized the “Institutional Development and Education Advancement in the Middle East” Forum, in cooperation with the Council for the Development and Support of Education (CASE), on February 10 and 11, with the participation of an elite group of leaders in the development of universities and educational institutions at the regional and international levels.

Professor Ghassan Awad, Director of Abu Dhabi University, said that hosting the “Institutional Development and Advancement of Education in the Middle East” forum, which attracted participants from 17 universities and educational institutions from various countries in the region, reflects the university’s commitment to its role in supporting the development of higher education institutions and building professional capabilities in the areas of resource development and institutional relations.

He explained that by bringing together the most prominent leaders of this sector from the region and the world, we provide the work teams and our partners with the necessary knowledge, tools and strategies that enhance effective institutional interaction, strengthen the graduates’ connection to their university, and support the achievement of the university’s strategic goals. This exceptional event also contributes to consolidating the university’s position in an advanced position within the higher education development scene in the region.

For her part, Sue Cunningham, CEO of the Education Development and Support Council, expressed the council’s pride in supporting its members in the region through programs that take into account the local context and are at the same time linked to international best practices, pointing out that the forum is a pioneering model that reflects this trend and embodies it on the ground.

The “Education Development and Support Council” forum provided a rich educational experience, combining sessions presented by experts, interactive workshops, and professional networking opportunities aimed at developing expertise and enhancing institutional impact.

The Council for the Development and Support of Education (CASE) is a global non-profit organization that supports educational institutions and specialists in developing universities and developing their resources in more than 80 countries. It provides training frameworks and specialized resources in the areas of fundraising, alumni communication, institutional communication, and institutional development.
