“ACIG” submits a request to increase the capital to 300 million riyals

The company explained in a statement on: "Saudi Arabia trading"Today, Sunday, the request includes an increase in capital from 291 million riyals to 300 million riyals, through the issuance of 900 thousand new ordinary shares, with the suspension of priority rights.
This comes based on the company’s announcement on January 29, 2026 of the signing of a subscription agreement with Diyar Al Arabiya Investment Company (the subscriber), whereby the company will increase its capital by 3.09%, with the subscriber subscribing to the new shares in full, so that The subscriber’s ownership in the company’s capital will be 3% after the capital increase, after obtaining the approval of the Capital Market Authority and the Extraordinary General Assembly.
