The General Assembly of the “Cooperative” approves the election of 9 members to the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Cooperative Insurance Company announced the results of the ordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting) held yesterday, Wednesday.

The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The results of the vote on the Assembly’s agenda included: Approval of the election of members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which begins on 04/10/2026 AD and lasts for 4 years and ends on 04/09/2030 AD.

The elected members are: Hessa Al-Sheikh, Dr. Khaled Al-Ghunaim, Abdulaziz Al-Nuwaisir, Salman Al-Fares, Marwan Al-Ghamdi, Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, Dr. Youssef Al-Harbi, Dr. Abdullah Al-Amr, Abdul Salam Abaaoud.
