The Abrahamic Family House crowns the winners of the Global Youth Ambassadors Program
Abu Dhabi, June 18 / WAM / The Abrahamic Family House crowned the winners of the first batch of the Global Youth Ambassadors Programme, during the final project presentation event that brought together participants, mentors, jury members, and a number of partners and guests.
The Global Youth Ambassadors Program is a project-based leadership and educational initiative that brings together an elite group of young professionals and university students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds, with the aim of promoting the values of dialogue, coexistence and mutual respect, and developing leadership skills, critical thinking and community work through developing practical initiatives that respond to contemporary societal challenges.
The event witnessed the presentation of the final projects that the participants worked on over the course of months of learning, training and guidance, as the teams reviewed innovative initiatives focused on enhancing understanding between cultures and religions, supporting community cohesion, and finding practical solutions that contribute to building more inclusive and cooperative societies.
The program was launched in September 2025, in parallel with the participants’ academic career, and comes within the academic framework of the “Ethics of Intercultural Dialogue” course offered by the Munich School of Philosophy.
The academic program consists of five educational components, under which participants are awarded a specialized certificate equivalent to 36 credit hours according to the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS), provided that the academic part of the program continues until March 2027.
During the program, the youth participated in a series of monthly in-person workshops, counseling sessions, and training activities that addressed the topics of dialogue, coexistence, ethical leadership, critical thinking, and community participation.
These sessions witnessed contributions from a number of academic, research and community bodies, including the Department of Culture and Tourism in Abu Dhabi, the Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence, the Trends Center for Research and Consultation, the Manara Center for Coexistence and Dialogue, New York University Abu Dhabi, the Supreme Committee for Human Fraternity, and the United Arab Emirates University.
The program included 12 participants from diverse academic and professional backgrounds, including students from Zayed University and Mohammed bin Zayed University for Artificial Intelligence, where they worked within multi-cultural, multi-national and multi-religious teams, reflecting the spirit of the program based on acquaintance, cooperation and building bridges of understanding.
The participating projects were evaluated by a specialized jury according to a set of criteria that included shared cultural and religious value, societal impact, ethical aspects, implementability, level of innovation, and clarity of presentation and communication. Each team presented a 15-minute presentation followed by a discussion with the jury.
At the conclusion of the program, the three winners were announced: Hind Al-Jabri, Mahra Al-Mahri, and Maurice Lipschitz, in recognition of the ability their projects demonstrated to promote dialogue and coexistence, and achieve a tangible societal impact, in addition to the innovation, applicability, and sustainability of their contributions.
The Abrahamic Family House also honored all participants in appreciation of their efforts and commitment throughout the program period, praising the outstanding level of the projects presented and the youth awareness they reflected of the importance of dialogue and cooperation in addressing societal issues and promoting the values of human understanding.
The Global Youth Ambassadors Program comes within the framework of the efforts of the Abrahamic Family House to empower youth and prepare a generation of leaders capable of building bridges of communication between cultures and religions, and transforming ideas into practical initiatives that contribute to consolidating the values of coexistence, peace and cooperation within and outside society.
