المملكة: Watch| A spiritual atmosphere in the first Tarawih prayer of the month of Ramadan in the Grand Mosque

This evening, the worshipers performed the evening prayer and the first Tarawih prayer of The holy month of Ramadan, in The Grand Mosque, in an atmosphere of faith filled with reverence and tranquility, embodied the spirituality of the holy month and its place in the souls of Muslims, in light of an integrated system of services and organizations that contributed to creating a safe and accessible worship environment for those visiting the Holy House of God.
The first nights of the holy month witnessed the influx of large numbers of worshipers and Umrah pilgrims, who performed Tarawih in an atmosphere of reassurance and organization, as the movement of the pilgrims was distributed smoothly throughout the various parts of the Grand Mosque and its courtyards, with field follow-up that contributed to the smooth entry and exit, the organization of corridors, and the direction of worshipers to the prayer sites, in a way that enhances the comfort of the pilgrims and facilitates the performance of the rituals.
Within the framework of operational readiness for the Ramadan season, an integrated package of field services was provided. The organizational measures aimed at raising the quality of the worship experience included supervising the courtyards and prayer halls, organizing movement inside the Grand Mosque, and managing crowds, in addition to intensifying cleaning, disinfection, and continuous sterilization of the mosque’s facilities and courtyards, in a way that contributes to providing a healthy and safe environment for worshipers. It takes into account their needs and contributes to facilitating their movement and performance of worship, in addition to ensuring the readiness of operational systems, including lighting, sound, air conditioning, and preparing chapels and carpets around the clock.
In addition to providing water for the guests of God, blessed Zamzam water was provided in multiple ways inside the Grand Mosque, including carts designated for the mat, backpacks, and the distribution of packages, in addition to thermoses and drinks spread throughout the mosque, ensuring easy access to the service. And its flow during peak times.
These efforts come as an extension of the keen care given by the wise leadership – may God protect them – to the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, and in order to provide an integrated faith atmosphere during the blessed month of Ramadan, combining the sanctity of the place and the spirituality of the time, and embodying the integration of organizational and service roles to serve the guests of the Most Gracious, and enhance their worship experience since the first Tarawih prayer in the holy month.
