His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, ordered the release of 1,856 inmates from penal and correctional facilities in Dubai of various nationalities, on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
