New Ramadan timings for parks, recreational facilities and parking in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman

Government departments and municipalities in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman announced the updating of the operating hours of public parks, recreational facilities, and paid parking systems, in line with the specificity of the blessed month of Ramadan 2026, to ensure the provision of the best services to the public during the evening hours and the iftar and suhoor periods.

Emirate of Dubai
Dubai Municipality has adopted a flexible schedule to receive visitors during the month of Ramadan and enjoy the most beautiful Ramadan activities that are suitable for adults and children, and extends until late at night:
Great parks:
-(Zabeel, Al Khor, and Mushrif National Park) receives visitors from 8:00 am until 12:00 midnight.
-(Al Safa Park) from 12:00 noon until 10 p.m.
-(Al Mamzar Park) from 8:00 am to 11 pm.
-(Mushrif Park Hub): from 6:30 am until 12:00 midnight.
-(Mountain bike track, mountain walking track, Cubs track) from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.
– (Children’s City): It is open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
(Residential parks and squares) receive visitors from 8:00 am until 1:00 am.
The Qur’anic Garden: (Al-Kahb and the Glass House) from 1:00 pm until 9:00 pm, and (The Garden) from 9:00 am until 12:00 midnight.
(Dubai Frame): It receives visitors during the month of Ramadan from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Lakes parks: (Al Twar Lake Park, Al Nahda Lake Park, Al Khawaneej Lake Park, Al Barsha Lake Park, Ghadeer Al Tair Lake Park, Lim Lake Park, Al Twar Lake Park, Al Nahda Lake Park, Al Khawaneej Lake Park, Al Barsha Lake Park, Ghadeer Al Tair Lake Park), from 8:00 AM until 2:00 AM.

Emirate of Sharjah:
The Sharjah City Municipality announced new working hours for the city’s parks during the month of Ramadan, as Sharjah National Park and Rolla Park will open their doors to receive visitors from 7:30 am until 1:00 pm, and from 4:00 pm until 1:00 after midnight, while all other parks will receive visitors daily from 4:00 pm until 1:00 after midnight.
Public parking: Public parking fees in Sharjah apply from Saturday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight, while parking will be free on Friday, with the exception of smart parking lots, and parking subject to fees on all days of the week and official holidays, which can be identified by the blue signboards.

Emirate of Ajman:
The Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman has approved amendments to the working hours of parks and the parking fee system, with all parks opening for visitors from 4:00 pm until 1:00 after midnight.
Paid parking: It operates in two shifts from Saturday to Thursday, the first from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, and the second from 8:00 pm to 12:00 midnight.
Exemption period: Parking is completely free from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and free on all Fridays and official holidays.
