"Establishment chalet".. Celebrations and funny paradoxes in Episode 5 of Youth Bomb 14
The fifth episode of Foundation Day.
The events began with home preparations led by Amer’s mother and her daughter Nouf to celebrate the occasion, as they were busy preparing the breakfast table and bringing sweets in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and joy.
In parallel, Suleiman urges his brother Amer to hurry and prepare to go to the chalet, joking about the necessity of Fastingon this day, establishing a light comedic tone that continued throughout the episode.
The funny situations escalate as Nouf tries to enter the chalet before her aunt so that she is not the last to arrive, which opens the door to a series of family comments and quarrels.
Foundation Day costumes
In an atmosphere where singing is mixed with the spirit of celebration, Nouf proposes organizing a competition for the best costume for Foundation Day, while Abu Amer is assigned the task of evaluating the looks. And the decision is made between the participants.
After Abu Amer’s sisters and their sons show off their costumes in an enthusiastic atmosphere, he surprises everyone by choosing his wife as the winner with the best look, which raises the objection of his sisters and ignites a wave of sarcastic comments, in a scene that reflects the sense of humor that the work is betting on.
In a parallel dramatic line, Amer leaves to celebrate with his friends, before he receives a call from Nouf asking him to bring Suhoor according to his father’s wishes.
Missed opportunity. Suhoor
The task becomes complicated when he discovers that the required number of chickens are not available in the restaurant, so he begins a search trip between several places that ends with buying only three chickens.
The irony reaches its climax when he returns home coinciding with the dawn call to prayer, and everyone discovers that the opportunity for suhoor was lost, in a comedic finale that concluded the episode.
And participating in the work are Faisal Al-Issa, Ali Al-Midfa, Shafiqa Youssef, Muhammad Al-Harbi, Tarfa Al-Sharif, Remas Mansour, Suleiman Al-Muqaytib, Muhannad Al-Jumaili, along with a number of guests of honour, including Muhammad Nour, Amira Muhammad, Khaled Al-Ajerab, and others.
