The Board of Directors of Naf Feed Industry Company approved the recommendation of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee to terminate the assignment of Eng. Basil Al-Harbi as acting CEO of the company.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The Board approved the Remuneration and Nominations Committee’s recommendation to appoint M. Basil Al-Harbi as CEO of the company, as of today.
The Board of Directors approved the appointment of the current Board of Directors member, Abdullah Al-Khalifa, as Managing Director.
The appointment of the Caliph will take effect as of today, until the end of the current Board of Directors term, with his membership status on the Board of Directors being amended to become (Executive).
