The Presidency of Religious Affairs submitted The Prophet’s Mosque is represented by the General Administration to answer questions, providing guidance and awareness services to visitors and worshipers. With the aim of enhancing legal awareness among those visiting the Prophet’s Mosque during Awareness and guidance services provided around the clock in 11 languages via the free phone (8001111935) and at field service points in the Prophet’s Mosque.
Visitors Service
is a service "Answer to the questioners" One of the services provided by the Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques with the aim of serving visitors, pilgrims, and worshipers by answering their inquiries regarding issues of visitation, Umrah, Hajj, Sharia rulings, religious guidance, and Islamic awareness. The service is also provided via interactive screens, and digitally via smart applications.
