Guidance and advice for travelers who have reservations within the next 72 hours

Flydubai has provided a set of advice to customers who have reservations for travel within the next 72 hours, including:

• Rebooking an alternative flight to the same destination, or to a different destination within the same country, within a period of up to 10 days from the original travel date.

• Make sure their contact information is up to date by visiting the “Manage Booking” page.

• Continue to check flight status on flydubai.com to get the latest information before heading to the airport.

• Contact the flydubai contact center in Dubai on (+971) 600 54 44 45, visit the flydubai Travel Shop, or contact the relevant travel agent for rebooking or ticket refund options.

The company said this morning that all flights to and from Dubai remain suspended until 15:00 (UAE time) on Sunday, March 1, 2026.
