A fire was brought under control in a warehouse in Sharjah as a result of an electrical short circuit

Today, Sharjah Civil Defense teams began dealing with a fire that broke out in a warehouse designated for storing electrical appliances and car spare parts in Industrial Area 8, as a result of an electrical short circuit.

The teams moved immediately upon receiving the report, and the fire was extinguished and controlled according to approved procedures, without recording any casualties.

The competent authorities explained that the initial inspection indicates that the cause of the fire was due to an electrical short circuit, while the teams are completing the cooling work and following up on the procedures in accordance with the applicable regulations.
