The Head of State receives a phone call from the President of Kazakhstan, during which he affirmed solidarity with the UAE following the Iranian attacks on its territory.

Today, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, received a phone call from Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, during which he affirmed his country’s solidarity with the UAE following the blatant Iranian attacks on its territory and a number of sister countries in the region and its support in all measures they take to ensure the protection of their sovereignty, national security and territorial integrity.

He expressed Kazakhstan’s condemnation of these attacks, which represent a violation of the sovereignty of states and the principles of international law, and their continuation undermines regional and international security and stability.

For his part, His Highness the President thanked the President of Kazakhstan for his country’s position in support of the UAE.

The two sides stressed the need to immediately stop escalatory actions and resort to diplomatic solutions and serious dialogue to overcome the current crises and preserve the security of the region and the stability of its people.
