The President of the State and the Emir of Kuwait discuss, during a phone call, regional developments and their repercussions on the security and stability of the region

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, discussed with his brother Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the sisterly State of Kuwait, developments in the situation in the region and their repercussions on its security and stability.

During the call, His Highness the President and the Emir of Kuwait expressed their condemnation of the blatant Iranian attacks on the lands of the UAE and Kuwait and a number of sister countries in the region, stressing that they represent a blatant violation of the sovereignty of countries, a threat to the security of the region, and an undermining of regional and international stability.

They also stressed the need to immediately stop escalatory actions and return to dialogue and diplomatic solutions to ensure the preservation of the security of the region and prevent further escalation.
