Majed Al-Masry raises storms in the series “Children of the Shepherd”
The series “Children of the Shepherd,” which is shown on Abu Dhabi Channel, draws attention to it through its exciting story and accelerating events, after it reached the station of the thirteenth episode, amid the escalation of the events of the story, which tells the story of Nabil Al-Rahi’s children: “Musa,” whose character is played by the artist Khaled Al-Sawy, and “Nadeem,” whose character is played by the artist Ahmed Eid, and their brother from the father, “Ragheb,” whose character is played by the artist Majed Al-Masry, who returns after an absence of 14 years, with the aim of taking revenge on his two brothers. They threw him in prison on fabricated charges and seized his money.
The story does not stop here, as it extends to include the family of the three brothers’ uncle, “Raouf,” whose character is embodied by the artist Ihab Fahmy, where “Habiba,” whose role is embodied by the artist Amal Bouchoucha, seeks to return to her husband, “Ragheb,” from whom she was divorced against her will, and married to “Raouf,” where “Habiba” revealed that her fourteen-year-old daughter, “Farida,” is the daughter of “Ragheb,” and not the daughter of “Raouf,” as is common between the two families.

“Ragheb” is still hiding the real reason from his brothers for his return after an absence, deceiving them that he is suffering from cancer, and that the doctors told him that he will die after six months, which makes his brother “Musa – Khaled Al-Sawy” sympathize with him, but “Nadeem – Ahmed Eid” doubts him, and pursues him to find out what he is hiding.
Amid the escalation of events that reveal Nadim’s secret marriage to Safi, the latter is killed by her former ex-husband, who was imprisoned. Although the finger of blame points to Nadim’s involvement, Ragheb – Majed Al-Masry rescues him by sending a video of the real killer to the police. However, Nadim decides to continue trying to attack Ragheb, fearing for the interests of his own companies, so Ragheb resorts, through his men, to leaking a previous video. With “Nadim”, as he dances with “Safi”, which raises criticism from people around him.
The series “Children of the Shepherd” is one of the most anticipated dramatic works, as it presents a vision of the conflict of large families. The series combines social suspense and drama, to present a story full of twists and surprises, which arouses the viewer’s interest.
The events of the series “Children of the Shepherd” revolve around the Al-Rai family, the family that established a powerful financial empire, but beneath this success lie deep conflicts among its members, as each individual tries to protect his interests, especially when tensions arise with external competitors, who seek to overthrow the family, or control its business.
The series also delves into the details of family disputes, buried secrets, and conspiracies that threaten the family entity, to reveal how family loyalties intertwine with personal ambitions and economic interests. The conflicts of the series’ story are not limited to the three brothers “Al-Masry, Al-Sawy, and Eid,” but extend to external conflicts as well.
The series “Children of the Shepherd” is written by Raymond Makar, directed by Mahmoud Kamel, and starring: Majed Al-Masry, Khaled Al-Sawy, Ahmed Eid, Amal Bouchoucha, Fadia Abdel-Ghani, Ihab Fahmy, Nermin Al-Feki, and Iman Youssef, and is shown on the “Abu Dhabi” channel in 30 episodes.
