Since the start of the Iran War, the US Army announces that its death toll has risen to 4

Declare The US Army Monday, the death toll rose to four since the start of the war on Iran.

The US Central Command (Centcom) said in a post on the X platform, "As of 7:30 EST (11:30 GMT), four US troops had been killed in action. The fourth member who was seriously injured during the first Iranian attacks died of his injury".
