The Head of State and the President of Paraguay discuss by telephone the Iranian attacks against the UAE and a number of sister countries

During a phone call he received from Santiago Peña, President of the Republic of Paraguay, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, discussed the blatant Iranian attacks targeting the lands of the UAE and a number of sister countries, in addition to the latest developments in the regional situation in light of the military escalation and its dangerous repercussions on regional and international security and stability.
The President of the Republic of Paraguay expressed Paraguay’s solidarity with the UAE and its denunciation of the attacks it is being subjected to, which represent a serious violation of its sovereignty and a direct threat to the security and stability of the region.
For his part, His Highness the President of the State expressed his thanks to the President of the Republic of Paraguay for Paraguay’s position in support of the UAE.
The two sides stressed the need to return to the political track and diplomatic solutions to avoid further escalation that threatens the security of the region and the world.
