“Majara” calls for participation in the “Sustainable Impact Challenge 2026”

Majra, the National Fund for Social Responsibility, invited project leaders in the private and third sectors, and academic institutions, to participate in the “Sustainable Impact Challenge 2026”, as it is a leading national platform for promoting social responsibility, environmental, social, governance and sustainability standards in the UAE.

The Fund stated today in a statement that registration is approaching its final closure, making this stage a crucial opportunity to present projects and highlight their sustainable impact at the national level.

The Fund explained that the winning projects in the first session of the Sustainable Impact Challenge last year received national appreciation and honor, represented by the awarding of financial prizes, in addition to the “Certified Impact Project” stamp from “Majara”, which represents an official recognition at the federal level of the project’s credibility and compatibility with the national priorities of the UAE, and represents an opportunity to open the doors of support from a network of trusted partners.

The distinguished projects benefited from expansion opportunities by participating in an integrated training program within the “Majara Port”, which provided support and empowerment paths that helped develop their operational models and expand the scope of their sustainable social and environmental impact. The registration process for the Sustainable Impact Challenge 2026 is done electronically using the digital identity “UAE Pass”.

The challenge relies on a multi-stage evaluation system that includes public voting, professional evaluation by specialized experts, internal review and final approval, ensuring integrity and selecting the highest-impact projects, based on the strength of the evidence provided, the measurable impact, the quality of implementation, and its compatibility with the national priorities of the UAE.

The current cycle offers valuable financial prizes, amounting to 500,000 dirhams for first place, 250,000 dirhams for second place, and 100,000 dirhams for third place, in addition to prizes for projects included in the short list and additional projects that deserve special honor, in addition to giving qualified projects the opportunity to obtain a qualification certificate or the “Certified Impact Project” stamp.

Majra called on all private institutions licensed in the country, and which have projects that meet the clear conditions on the website, to register before March 23, to be part of the national success stories that contribute to achieving a sustainable impact.
