“Tenders”: 12 million dinars for coiled pipe services upon request for “Bapco Exploration and Production”

The Tenders and Auctions Board opened the envelopes for 5 general tenders, and one bid, for which 28 different bids were submitted, including a tender for Bapco Exploration and Production Company, in which it wishes to obtain the tools, personnel, chemicals, and services necessary for coiled pipe services upon request.
It was also stated in the tender that the company wants to obtain sand management, flow-pipe tools (for cutting, fishing and grinding), approved acid chemicals, jetting tools and high-pressure rotary washing to clean deposits, as it received 8 bids, the least of which amounted to 12 million dinars.
In another tender for Bapco Refining, the company requested a 7-year supply agreement for idle balls for the years 2026 to 2032, in accordance with the technical requirements specified by the Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco Refining).
The company explained that idle balls are used as stabilization and support materials for catalysts in various operational units in the refinery. Idle balls represent an essential part of the catalyst loading configuration and an important factor in the success of operation and performance. The tender received 10 bids, the least of which amounted to 365 thousand dinars. On the other hand, the Housing Bank put out a bid on a plot of land in the Seef District, with an area of 3,264 square metres, for bidding using the BOT system to develop it for a mixed-use project. The bank received 4 bids, the highest amounting to 1.6 million dinars.
In turn, the Supreme Council of Health invited qualified companies to submit their offers for the tender for the destruction of expired medical materials, including products classified as special or hazardous waste, pointing out that the service provider bears safe, healthy and environmental burning, including collection, transportation, final disposal and issuance of destruction certificates, as the tender received a single bid, amounting to 185 thousand dinars.
For its part, the Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah) invited companies specialized in the field of advertising to provide advertising screens with light-emitting diodes in some of Edamah’s properties, where it received two bids, the least of which amounted to 89 thousand dinars.
On the other hand, the Department of Public Services and Central Warehouses intends to supply electrical equipment (SWITCHBOARD, VCB PANEL 11KV), and the tender received 3 bids, the lowest of which amounted to 83 thousand dinars.
