"Stand up" Launching a new expansion of self-storage units in the Hamra area

Ras Al Khaimah, 11 March / WAM / The Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zones Authority (RAKZ) announced the expansion of its self-storage services in response to the increasing demand from individuals and companies for safe and flexible storage solutions in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

The expansion includes the addition of a new facility for self-storage units in the Al Hamra Industrial Area, which enhances RAKEZ’s ability to meet the storage needs of the business community and residents in the emirate. The location is easily accessible from nearby residential areas, in addition to its proximity to the main roads linking Ras Al Khaimah to the rest of the emirates of the country.

The new units are designed to meet various storage requirements, as flexible, customizable spaces ranging from 5 to 18 square meters are available. The facility provides a safe and more private environment supported by 24-hour camera surveillance systems and on-site security guards, in addition to air-conditioned units and access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. RAKEZ also provides additional services, including providing packaging materials and supporting packaging operations, which enhances ease of use for customers.

RAKEZ’s storage facilities provide practical solutions thanks to flexible short-term rental options and no specific rental time limit. These units are an ideal solution for storing seasonal goods, commercial equipment, and furniture during renovation or relocation, which supports RAKEZ’s efforts in providing proactive services that keep pace with the needs of the business community and partners in Ras Al Khaimah.
