Abdullah bin Zayed discusses by phone with a number of officials and foreign ministers the repercussions of the brutal Iranian missile attacks on the UAE and sister countries.

During phone calls with a number of officials and foreign ministers of brotherly and friendly countries, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, discussed the repercussions of the brutal Iranian missile and terrorist attacks on the UAE and a number of countries in the region.
His Highness held telephone discussions with the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Dr. Samia Hassan, the Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Tonga, Tupoto Alukalala, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada, Anita Anand, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Guatemala, Carlos Ramiro Martinez, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Georgia, Maka Buchurishvili, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Caribbean Affairs of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, Sean Subers.
During the communications, they discussed the serious repercussions of current developments on the security and stability of the region, as well as their effects on the global economy and the security of energy supplies.
They expressed their strong condemnation of these brutal and terrorist missile attacks, which represent a clear violation of the principles of international law and the United Nations Charter, and a direct threat to the security and sovereignty of states and the stability of the region.
They stressed the right of countries that were subjected to these attacks to take the necessary measures to protect their sovereignty and territorial integrity, and to maintain the security of their citizens, residents and visitors, in accordance with the provisions of international law.
During telephone calls, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed his appreciation for the positions of solidarity shown by brotherly and friendly countries towards the UAE, stressing the safety of all residents and visitors on its soil.
During the telephone discussions, the importance of enhancing international cooperation and concerted joint efforts to maintain regional security and stability, enhance the region’s security and stability, and meet the aspirations of its people for comprehensive development and sustainable economic prosperity were also discussed.
