The price of a barrel of Omani oil exceeded $150

The official price of Omani crude oil for delivery in May reached a new record high on Tuesday, with the price rising by $4.79 in one day, bringing the total to $152.58 per barrel.
This price level is considered one of the highest prices ever recorded for Omani oil.
The sharp increase shows that there is very high demand for oil at the moment, amid escalating tensions in the Middle East and some energy companies in the Gulf states declaring force majeure.
