Dr. Anwar Gargash, Diplomatic Advisor to the President of the State, confirmed that the UAE is dealing steadily and efficiently with Iranian attacks, and will remain committed to the fact that the political solution must be the guarantor of sustainable security for the region, not temporary solutions.

Gargash said, via X, today, Saturday: “Some of the press went too far in reading the UAE’s positions, and they must be put in their correct context… We have been subjected to brutal Iranian aggression for weeks, targeting our entity and our vital infrastructure and threatening the lives of civilians, which we are confronting with steadfastness and efficiency. Defending sovereignty and the homeland is an honor and a responsibility.” He added: “Nevertheless, we affirm our conviction that the political solution must be the guarantor of sustainable security for the region, not temporary solutions that reproduce instability for decades to come.” This is where our positions and orientations begin.”
