It is noteworthy that the university aspires to be among the top 50 international universities specializing in arts and culture in the world, by providing an innovative educational environment that motivates students to discover their passions, develop their talents, and contribute effectively to the creative economy. To achieve this, the university will adopt a gradual approach that meets the needs of educational levels.

It includes all cultural sectors, offering integrated academic programs that ensure continuity of education in Fields of culture and arts, including short courses, diploma programs, bachelor’s, higher diploma, master’s, and doctorate.
The university campus is located in the city of Riyadh, and the university will begin receiving students at the start of studies during next September in four primary colleges and eight academic programs affiliated with the College of Music, the College of Film, the College of Theater and Performing Arts, and the College of Cultural Management, provided that it later expands gradually to reach 13 colleges that offer various educational programs covering the fields.
