War toxins haunt your skin… How do psychological stresses destroy the freshness of your face?

A specialized medical report revealed the profound and dangerous effects that wars and armed conflicts have on the health of the skin and its external appearance, indicating that suffering is not limited to the direct psychological and physical aspects, but rather extends to appear clearly on the features of the face and skin.
The report explained that constant psychological pressures and constant states of anxiety lead to the body stimulating the secretion of high levels of the hormone “cortisol,” known as the stress hormone, which in turn causes the appearance of sudden pimples, pale skin, and accelerated signs of premature aging.
The study also pointed out that environmental changes resulting from explosions and air pollution with dust and volatile chemicals increase skin hypersensitivity and lead to severe dryness and loss of natural freshness as a result of clogged pores and damage to the skin’s protective barrier.
The report added that sleep disturbances associated with wartime conditions appear clearly in the area around the eyes, through dark circles and puffiness, stressing that taking care of mental health and continuous hydration remain the most important means of alleviating these harsh aesthetic effects.
