Abdullah bin Zayed condemns the terrorist plot in Bahrain and affirms the UAE’s full solidarity with it

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, expressed the UAE’s strong condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist plot that was thwarted in the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain, which included the arrest of a cell linked to the banned Lebanese terrorist organization Hezbollah, which was seeking to communicate with terrorist elements abroad, in a way that threatens the security and safety of the Kingdom.

His Highness affirmed the UAE’s full solidarity with the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain and its support in all measures it takes to protect its security and sovereignty, praising the efficiency and vigilance of the Bahraini security services that succeeded in thwarting this plan and revealing its elements.

His Highness concluded by emphasizing that the security of the Kingdom of Bahrain is an integral part of the security of the UAE, stressing the state’s support for all measures taken by Bahrain to maintain its security and stability, ensure the safety of its citizens and residents of its lands, and protect its national gains.
