The Saudi stock market index closed 0.75% higher today, Tuesday
The Saudi stock market index concluded (TASI) in trading today, Tuesday, rose by 0.75 at the level of 11,249 points, with trades amounting to 7.1 billion riyals.
According to "TadawulSaudi Arabia"The volume of shares traded amounted to about 364.3 million shares, while the market value of the main index recorded 9.801 trillion riyals.
Shares of 178 companies rose
The end of the session witnessed an increase in the shares of 178 companies, compared to a decrease in the shares of 78 companies, out of 269 companies listed on (TASI).
The most notable rises were for the shares of: Sinomi Retail, Malath Insurance, SAPTCO, Tabuk Agricultural, and Addis. On the other hand, the largest declines were for the shares of: Theeb, Pharmaceutical, City Cement, Real Estate, and Jahez.
Parallel Market
The Parallel market (growth) today, Tuesday, down by approximately 0.8%, at the level of 22,707 points. The value traded amounted to 36.44 million riyals, the quantity of shares was 5.91 million shares, and the market value was 39.26 million riyals.
The shares of 30 companies ended trading today on an increase, while the shares of 57 other companies declined, out of a total of 125 companies listed in the parallel market.
