The UAE condemns the terrorist attack on a military base in northeastern Nigeria

Abu Dhabi, April 10 / WAM / The UAE strongly condemned the terrorist attack on a military base in Borno State, northeast of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which resulted in the death and injury of dozens of members of the Nigerian Armed Forces.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed, in a statement, that the UAE expresses its strong denunciation of these criminal acts, and its permanent rejection of all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism that aim to destabilize security and stability.

The Ministry expressed its sincere condolences and sincere sympathy to the families and loved ones of the victims, and to the government of Nigeria and its friendly people, in this sinful attack, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
