Abu Dhabi, April 14 / WAM / Aldar Properties announced the launch of the first phase of its new residential project “Yas Park Place” in the heart of Yas Island, in a step that reflects a trend to redefine the concept of daily life within integrated green environments, thus enhancing the island’s position as one of the most prominent vital destinations in the Emirates.
The project includes six medium-rise buildings, integrated with each other to form the nucleus of a modern residential complex, and is located on the northern side of the island, benefiting from a strategic location near the upcoming Disney World and Resort Abu Dhabi project, and Yas Acres Golf and Country Club, in addition to a group of international entertainment destinations that enhance the attractiveness of the site, including Yas Mall, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Sea World Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Yas Marina Circuit, and Yas Marina Circuit. Waterworld, Yas Links and TopGolf.
The project offers a residential model that combines openness to nature and enhancing community cohesion, as it has a direct view of Yas Central Park, allowing residents to benefit from the surrounding green spaces, while the units of the first phase are scheduled to be put up for sale starting Thursday, April 16.
In the middle of the complex is a podium inspired by desert oases, and includes a group of multi-functional gardens, including the “Aqua” garden equipped with water elements that contribute to cooling the atmosphere, the “Reflective” garden, which contains a swimming pool and shaded spaces for relaxation, and the “Zen” garden designated for yoga and meditation, in addition to spaces prepared for joint work in the open air.
The project also provides integrated community facilities, including grassy spaces and terraces designated for events and gatherings, in addition to a family swimming pool complex and another designated for adults, natural play areas for children, as well as an indoor sports facility, in addition to shaded paths and multi-layered floral designs.
The project aims to obtain a “3 pearl” rating within the “Sustainability” system, in a clear confirmation of Aldar’s commitment to applying the highest standards of sustainability, by integrating solutions for rationalizing energy consumption and using sustainable building materials, in addition to adopting environmental designs compatible with the local climate, ensuring long-term environmental performance and improving the quality of life within residential communities.
