Emirates Businesswomen launches the “Tazeez” initiative to develop the capabilities of women entrepreneurs

The Emirates Businesswomen Council, which operates under the umbrella of the Federation of Emirates Chambers, launched the “Taziz” initiative as part of its strategic plan, with the aim of developing knowledge and experience and developing the leadership and professional capabilities of women entrepreneurs in the country, which contributes to supporting the growth of women’s projects and enhancing the role of women in the national economy.
According to a press release issued today, the initiative aims to empower members of the Emirates Businesswomen Council and local councils through an integrated system of specialized training programs, professional guidance sessions, transfer of expertise, and building partnerships, in a way that supports business sustainability and enhances the competitiveness of women-owned enterprises.
The initiative includes a number of main axes, including capacity building, guidance and mentoring, transfer of knowledge and expertise, and economic empowerment, in addition to developing communication networks and strategic partnerships, providing a supportive environment for women entrepreneurs at various stages of their projects.
The initiative focuses on raising the level of investment readiness for women entrepreneurs, enhancing leadership and innovation skills, and expanding cooperation opportunities between female council members and local councils, which will reflect positively on the growth and expansion of women’s projects in local and global markets.
Aisha Mohammed Saeed Al Mulla, President of the Emirates Businesswomen Council, confirmed that the launch of the “Taziz” initiative represents a strategic step to support women entrepreneurs and develop their leadership and professional capabilities, noting that the initiative provides an integrated platform for transferring knowledge, exchanging experiences, and building partnerships, in a way that enhances the growth and sustainability of women’s projects.
First Vice President of the Emirates Businesswomen Council, Dr. Amal Abdullah Al-Haddabi, explained that the initiative focuses on developing the skills of women entrepreneurs through specific training programs and practical guidance sessions, which contributes to raising the readiness of women’s projects for expansion and enhancing their competitiveness in various sectors.
Second Vice President of the Emirates Businesswomen Council, Dr. Amna Khalifa, pointed out that the “Tazeez” initiative supports the economic empowerment of women by building a supportive network for female entrepreneurs and enhancing opportunities for cooperation and partnerships, which contributes to achieving sustainability and the growth of women’s projects locally and globally.
The initiative will launch with a series of specialized programs and workshops targeting female council members, local councils, and female entrepreneurs, to be implemented in stages within the council’s strategic plan.
