The Kingdom’s Vision 2030 enters the third phase with greater maturity that makes work more efficient and effective towards achieving the goals of the vision, which reflects positively on the empowerment of citizens and the private sector.
Constant growth in the privatization system
The privatization system witnessed during the second half of 2025 AD. Noticeable progress has been made, as 18 contracts were closed in a number of vital sectors, with revenues estimated at approximately 8 billion riyals, with value for money estimated at 1.44 billion riyals, bringing the total number of closed contracts to 93 contracts. Which reflects the growing economic impact of the partnership with the private sector.
The privatization portfolio continues to grow in various Sectors, supported by an increase in the number of specific projects and the development of implementation capabilities, reflecting the growing confidence of government agencies and the private sector in the privatization system, and enhancing the center’s role in enabling these partnerships to achieve the goals of (Kingdom’s Vision 2030).
Enhancing services for the guests of God
The Royal Commission for the Holy City of Makkah and the Holy Sites works through the relevant committees to empower the public and private sectors to raise the level of services provided to the guests of God and to integrate efforts across the health, safety, security and environment systems in the region.
