المملكة: The first pilgrims to the Holy House of God arrive in Mecca

The competent authorities harnessed their human and technical capabilities to serve the pilgrims, as the transportation system was strengthened, housing services were developed, and the readiness of health facilities was raised, in addition to intensifying security and organizational efforts, which contributes to providing a safe and reassuring environment for guests. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in cooperation with relevant authorities, has worked to employ the latest digital technologies to facilitate procedures and improve the quality of services provided, through smart platforms that allow pilgrims to benefit from integrated services including guidance, transportation, and health care, which reflects the Kingdom’s keenness to improve the Hajj experience year after year.

Various government agencies continue their efforts around the clock, to ensure the comfort and safety of pilgrims, in a scene that reflects the amount of care and care they give. The wise leadership – may God support it – for the guests of the Most Gracious, and its constant keenness to provide them with the best services, in fulfillment of the Kingdom’s mission to serve Islam and Muslims.
