Fujairah hotels record record occupancy in early 2026
Fujairah, April 19 / WAM / Fujairah hotels recorded record occupancy at the beginning of 2026, as hotel occupancy rates ranged between 95% and 100%.
The emirate witnessed a large demand from tourists looking for a unique mountain recreational experience.
The Fujairah Department of Tourism and Antiquities confirmed that the achieved results clearly translate the process of sustainable tourism growth in the emirate, noting that the noticeable increase in occupancy rates reflects the success of the Fujairah government’s tourism strategy aimed at diversifying the tourism product and enhancing the emirate’s attractiveness to visitors from all over the world, stressing that the indicators represent an impetus for continued investment in tourism infrastructure and the development of destinations and entertainment facilities.
