His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai (may God protect him), said on his account on the “X” platform: “Today, our student sons and daughters are resuming in-person studies in all our universities and schools… after our educational system has proven its exceptional ability to maintain its full continuity in light of the circumstances that the region has gone through.”

He added: “My message to male and female students: We are a country that does not stop at challenges. We are a country that does not stop at learning and teaching. We are a country that does not stop its progress and its development is not hindered.

“We are a country that bets on you and creates its future with you, with you and for you.”
