The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, through "X"The difference between the Hajj permit and the Hajj visa, to ensure that the procedures are completed correctly, and the rituals are performed according to Approved regulations.
Hajj permit:
A mandatory document for performing Hajj, including domestic and foreign pilgrims (citizens and residents).
Hajj visa:
It is the only visa approved for performing Hajj for those coming from Outside the Kingdom.
