Sharjah, April 23 / WAM / Arada Real Estate Development Group launched “Jana” the new residential complex in the Aljada community. The first 100 residential units are currently being offered for sale within the “Jana 1” phase, and it is expected that the construction of all 631 units will be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2029. The launch of the “Jana” complex comes in light of the increasing demand for real estate in the Aljada community and at the level of the Emirate of Sharjah in general, as data issued by the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department showed. The value of real estate transactions amounted to 18.5 billion dirhams during the first quarter of 2026, compared to transactions of 13.2 billion dirhams during the same period in 2025, as the emirate recorded an annual growth of 40.7%.
The complex is distinguished by its modern architectural design and equipped with smart home systems, and benefits from a wide range of service facilities nearby, including Raffles World Academy Sharjah, which is scheduled to open next September, and the sports complex in Aljada, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, in addition to Madar Mall, the new family entertainment destination expected by the end of 2028.

It is noteworthy that the Aljada community is one of the largest urban projects in Sharjah, covering an area of 24 million square feet, at a cost of up to 35 billion dirhams. This modern destination in its entirety includes more than 25,000 residential units with various options, in addition to service facilities that include the sectors of retail, sports, health, hospitality, offices, and education. The population of Aljada currently stands at more than 20,000 people.
