"Educational for the Arabic language" Organizes the 15th meeting of the Board of Trustees


Sharjah, April 29 / WAM / The Educational Center for the Arabic Language for the Gulf States in Sharjah organized the 15th meeting of its Board of Trustees.
The meeting – which was held remotely yesterday – was chaired by Bodour Ibrahim Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees in its current session, with the participation of His Excellency Dr. Issa Saleh Al Hammadi, Director of the Centre, along with representatives of member states.
Al-Naqbi stressed the importance of continuing to work in a team spirit to enhance the status of the Arabic language and advance its education in member states.
For his part, Dr. Issa Saleh Al-Hammadi reviewed the agenda of the meeting, which included following up on the implementation of the recommendations of the previous meeting, reviewing the most prominent achievements of the centre’s programs and initiatives, in addition to discussing its future plans in light of the directions of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States.
The Council discussed a number of strategic issues, including developing specialized programs, strengthening institutional partnerships, and expanding the scope of scientific and cultural initiatives implemented by the Center, in order to keep pace with changes in Arabic language education and meet the aspirations of member states.
