I studied the Iranian proposal and it is unacceptable to me

US President Donald Trump said on Sunday in an interview with the Israeli Kan News channel, saying: “I have studied the new Iranian proposal and it is unacceptable to me.”

The President of the United States added, “The battle is progressing excellently.” Moreover, Trump renewed his call on Israeli President Isaac Herzog to grant a pardon to Benjamin Netanyahu, saying: “He is a wartime prime minister. Israel would not exist without me and Bibi, in that arrangement. You need a prime minister who can focus on war and not nonsense.”

Last Friday, Trump said in a conversation with reporters outside the White House that, “The Iranians want to conclude a deal, but I am not satisfied with what they proposed.”

He pointed out that the proposal submitted by the Iranian side includes “things that I cannot agree to.” The president also expressed his satisfaction with the naval blockade he imposed on Iran, saying: “If we left now, it would be a major victory, but we do not want that. We are conducting negotiations.”
