Make in the Emirates/ Building talent begins with school education

Abu Dhabi, May 6 / WAM / Mohammed Al Alawi, Executive Director of Economic Affairs at the Emirates Competitiveness Council (NAFES), said that national competencies provide real long-term value, noting that work on preparing them begins at the school levels.

Al-Alawi explained during the session “Building a Path for Emirati Talents Able to Compete Globally” within the “Make in the UAE 2026” activities that the goal is to build a confident and qualified generation for the labor market, capable of contributing to economic development.
