Her Excellency Noura Al Kaabi meets with the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Kingdom of Morocco
Rabat, June 13, 2026 – His Excellency Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of State, met with Mr. Rachid Talbi Alami, Speaker of the House of Representatives *on Thursday, June 11, 2026* at the Council’s headquarters in Rabat. The meeting discussed the strong fraternal relations between the two countries.
In this context, Her Excellency Noura Al Kaabi stressed that Emirati-Moroccan relations are witnessing continuous development in all political, economic, media and cultural fields, thanks to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him,” and his brother, His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
Her Excellency indicated that both the UAE and the Kingdom of Morocco are moving forward in promoting and protecting human rights at the national level and in terms of the two countries’ roles and effective contributions to multilateral forums in the field of human rights. She expressed her aspiration, through the joint memorandum of understanding signed between the Permanent Committee for Human Rights in the country and the Ministerial Delegation in charge of Human Rights, to strengthen and develop cooperation and coordination in the field of human rights.
