Ajman records the highest real estate sale worth 200 million dirhams

Ajman, 6 May / WAM / The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman recorded a real estate sale worth 200 million dirhams, which is the highest among real estate transactions recorded today.

The sale included vacant land in the “Al Zahia” neighborhood in the eastern sector, extending over an area of ​​52,915.5 square meters, designated for residential and commercial use.

This pledge of allegiance reflects the continued activity in the real estate market in Ajman, and the presence of vital areas among investors’ options, in light of the diverse opportunities the emirate provides in the real estate sector.
