المملكة: Princess Noura University organizes "Gulf Symposium on Artificial Intelligence in Education"
Organized Higher education and innovation, which contributes to improving the quality of education, raising the efficiency of institutional processes, enhancing digital transformation, supporting decision-making, and anticipating the future of education in light of smart technologies.
The university’s acting president, Dr. Fawzia bint Sulaiman Al-Amro, said in her participation during the symposium: “This stage is an opportunity for Gulf universities to enhance their future readiness, build knowledge partnerships, exchange successful institutional experiences, and enhance readiness for tomorrow’s professions through learning environments.” Adaptive.”
She pointed out that “this symposium represents a platform for qualitative dialogue, a space for exchanging experiences, and reviewing best practices and experiences, leading to laying solid foundations for fruitful Gulf cooperation in this promising field.”

The symposium highlighted the use of artificial intelligence in the higher education system, which contributes to the development of teaching and learning, and raising the efficiency of institutional processes, The shift towards smart and sustainable universities, stimulating scientific research and innovation in artificial intelligence applications, in addition to enhancing the exchange of experiences, and building local and international partnerships between higher education institutions and relevant parties in the fields of artificial intelligence.
The symposium included specialized dialogue sessions; The main session was titled: “The Future of Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education: Global Trends and the Gulf Context.”
While the first dialogue session dealt with “Artificial Intelligence and Institutional Transformation in Higher Education: From Vision to Strategy to Sustainability,” with various topics, including: Artificial Intelligence governance in higher education institutions, the smart university, and institutional transformation.
Fields of Artificial Intelligence
The second session discussed “Artificial Intelligence: New Horizons for Education, Research, “And Innovation,” specialized topics, most notably: artificial intelligence in higher education, and artificial intelligence in scientific research and its applications.
The third session also touched on “Artificial Intelligence in Gulf Universities: Experiences and Institutions,” in addition to providing an interactive panel discussion with the guests of the session, and the symposium concluded with a statement that reviewed the most prominent results and recommendations.
The organization of the symposium reflects the objectives of the strategic plan of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, towards excellence in Teaching and learning, and promoting digital transformation in higher education, which contributes to developing the education, research and innovation system, raising the efficiency of institutional performance, and enhancing local and international cooperation and partnerships in the fields of artificial intelligence.
