"The Captains Holdings" and"Sir Marin" They cooperate to develop an integrated maritime system in the Emirates

Abu Dhabi, 8 May / WAM / The Captains Holding Company, the largest provider of marine services solutions in the Middle East and North Africa region and a subsidiary of Easy Lease, announced a partnership with Al Seer Marine, as the two companies, affiliated with the International Holding Company, signed a memorandum of understanding to develop and operate an integrated maritime system in the UAE.

Under this partnership, the two parties will work to provide integrated marine solutions that include boat development and manufacturing, operational operations, and technical support.

This cooperation brings together two complementary regional companies, with the aim of redefining marine experiences in the UAE and the Middle East and North Africa region.

This initiative combines the operational scale and broad customer base of The Captains Holding Company with Al-Sir Marine’s expertise in boat design and manufacturing and associated engineering technologies.

A pilot program will be launched to evaluate performance and demand under actual operating conditions, which will contribute to developing a roadmap to expand the scope of the platform across the UAE and the Middle East and North Africa region.

Zaid Shuli, CEO of The Captains Holding Company, said that this partnership constitutes an important step towards developing marine experiences in the region and improving the mechanisms for providing them and making them available to customers.

He added that with the development of market requirements, customers are looking for integrated solutions and high-quality experiences that provide added value and a seamless experience, instead of fragmented services, and by unifying these capabilities and expertise, we are working to develop a platform capable of keeping pace with this transformation and supporting future expansion plans.

The two parties will work closely to develop and improve the pilot program as the stages of cooperation progress, in a step that reflects their commitment to building a more integrated and expandable maritime system in the UAE and the Middle East and North Africa region.
