The “Hamid Air Bridge” campaign provides 600 tons of aid to the Palestinian brothers in Gaza

Operation “Galant Knight 3” concluded the work of the “Humaid Air Bridge” campaign, which came under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, as part of the humanitarian and relief efforts implemented by the UAE in support of the Palestinian brothers in the Gaza Strip, as an embodiment of its established approach to humanitarian work and extending a helping hand to those affected. Over the course of two months, the campaign witnessed the sending of more than 600 tons of humanitarian and food aid to the Egyptian city of Al-Arish, in preparation for its introduction into the Gaza Strip in coordination with the relevant authorities, which contributes to supporting affected families and enhancing food security in light of the difficult humanitarian conditions that the Strip is witnessing. The aid included about 30,000 food baskets that were prepared according to the highest humanitarian standards to meet the basic needs of Palestinian families, and are expected to benefit more than 150,000 people, as part of ongoing efforts to ensure that humanitarian and relief support reaches the largest possible segment of beneficiaries.

The “Humaid Air Bridge” campaign was implemented with the participation of a number of charitable and humanitarian institutions and entities in the country, including the Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Charitable Foundation, the International Charitable Works Authority, the Emirates Red Crescent Authority – Ajman Branch, the Al Ihsan Charitable Society, and the Al Ittihad Charitable Foundation, which contributed to preparing and providing food and relief aid, in a way that embodies the spirit of solidarity and human solidarity to support the brotherly Palestinian people.

The campaign comes within a series of humanitarian initiatives implemented by the UAE within the framework of “Operation Gallant Knight 3,” directed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him. It includes air and sea bridges, “Birds of Goodness” airdrop operations, and support for field and floating hospitals, in addition to implementing many relief and humanitarian projects and initiatives aimed at supporting our Palestinian brothers and alleviating their human suffering.
