Distinguished Saudi cadres present their operational work at Felix Houphiet-Boigny International Airport in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, within ""Through an integrated system aimed at facilitating travel procedures , and enabling them to complete all requirements related to Hajj before their departure to the Kingdom, which reflects the level of development witnessed by Hajj services provided to pilgrims coming from the beneficiary countries.
The Saudi teams carry out their field tasks according to modern operational mechanisms, which include completing passport procedures, verifying data, coding and sorting luggage, in addition to providing technical support and logistical services, which contributes to speeding up procedures and achieving a smoother and more comfortable travel experience From their arrival at the airport until their departure to the Kingdom.
Serving the guests of God
And the lens met "SPA" A number of participants in the initiative explained that working in serving the guests of God represents a source of pride and honor, stressing that continuous coordination between the concerned authorities enhances the quality of services provided, and raises the efficiency of performance within the initiative’s halls, ensuring the comfort of pilgrims and ease of movement.
A number of pilgrims benefiting from the initiative expressed their happiness with the organization and smoothness of the procedures they saw, noting that the speed of completing transactions and facilitating travel steps contributed to reducing the burdens of the trip, and giving them a feeling of Reassurance before heading to the Kingdom to perform the Hajj rituals.
The Makkah Road Initiative
comes "Mecca Road Initiative" As part of the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts to improve services for the guests of God, by adopting advanced digital solutions and developing operational procedures, in order to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s vision of providing an easy and safe Hajj experience, starting from the country of departure and ending in the Two Holy Mosques.
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Interior is implementing the initiative in its eighth year in cooperation with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Health, Hajj and Umrah, Information, the General Authority of Civil Aviation, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, and the Saudi Data Authority. And artificial intelligence (Sdaya), the General Authority of Endowments, the Guests of God Service Program, and the General Directorate of Passports, in integration with the digital partner (stc group), and since its launch in (1438 AH / 2017 AD) the initiative has witnessed (1,254,994) pilgrims being served.
