He explained that the program "Homeland ambassadors" It is one of the most prominent projects emanating from the centre’s modern strategic plan, as it is concerned with developing the capabilities of participants in regional and international forums and events, and providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills in the field of effective communication between civilizations.
Basic diplomatic skills
Al-Asmi pointed out that the program contributes to strengthening the Kingdom’s position and highlighting its pioneering role on the international arena, in addition to building bridges of communication and establishing strong and solid relations with various societies in the countries of the world, in order to achieve national interests. In various fields.
The program seeks to provide participants with basic diplomatic skills, such as negotiation skills, communication, crisis management, and international protocol, in addition to deepening their knowledge of the contemporary international system, international organizations, international law, international relations, and current global issues.
It also focuses on developing leadership capabilities and enhancing the skills of leading multicultural teams, building alliances, and managing multilateral negotiations, in addition to developing specialized skills in the fields of economic, public, and digital diplomacy. And the environment, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and enhances the Kingdom’s presence in the international scene.
The program includes a package of specialized training sessions presented by an elite group of specialists and experts in the fields of diplomacy and international relations, and includes topics of soft power, presentation and presentation skills in international forums, leadership and team building, cultural communication, reputation and image management, planning international participations, managing crises and sensitive situations, in addition to specialized dialogue sessions with personalities and experts discussing their most prominent traders in diplomatic issues.
