It will be held during the period from 3 – 6 Dhu al-Hijjah 1447 AH, corresponding to May 20 – 23, 2026 AD, at the center of the Makkah Chamber of Exhibitions and Events, in partnership with 25 entities from the government and private sectors.
Hajj Media Forum
The forum is an integrated media community and environment that supports media professionals in achieving Their coverage of the Hajj season through interactive technologies and supportive media areas, including a press briefing platform, and a creative exhibition highlighting the transformation in the services provided to the guests of God.
It also includes multiple areas, the most prominent of which are: "Hajj window" Which allows the visitor a visual experience that reflects the spirituality of Hajj, and"Transformation Gallery" Which showcases the transformational projects to serve the guests of God in a creative visual style through innovative and diverse pavilions for government agencies and the private sector, in addition to artistically and technologically equipped studios.
The forum also includes "Media community" Which contributes to providing a work space, building relationships, and exchanging experiences between media professionals.

And participates in "Transformation Gallery" A number of entities, including the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services, the Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, the Program for Serving the Guests of God, and the Initiative "safety"along with a digital infrastructure partner "Salam Communications"And the main partner "Lexus"
The forum aims to enhance joint work between the Ministry of Information, its system, and the media outlets, and unify media efforts by holding unified press conferences for the Hajj season.
The organization of the third edition of the forum is an extension of the successes achieved in the previous two editions, as it witnessed the attendance of more than 12,000 media professionals and visitors, the participation of 150 local, regional and international media outlets, and the production of more than 3,000 media coverage, with the participation of more than (15) government and private entities.
