Enhancing the quality of the judiciary
During the visit, Al-Samaani was briefed on a number of development initiatives and projects related to the central model of public courts, mechanisms for developing and preparing case management, activating written pleading and preparatory sessions, and enhancing the role of judicial support centers; In a way that contributes to reducing the duration of litigation, raising the efficiency of performance, and enhancing the quality of judgments and judicial outcomes.
He also reviewed the objectives of the central model for general courts in enhancing judicial specialization, ensuring that procedures do not vary, and improving the efficiency of distributing cases, in addition to employing artificial intelligence in analyzing cases, and supporting the preparation of legal studies supporting judicial work; In a way that improves the quality of judicial procedures and outcomes, and raises the efficiency of institutional work in public courts.
The Minister of Justice stressed that developing the work of public courts comes within the goals of enhancing the quality of the judiciary and the efficiency of its outputs, and consolidating the principles of institutional justice, keeping pace with legislative and regulatory developments, and supporting the achievement of timely justice.
