"Abu Dhabi Heritage" Wins 5 awards "Stevie Middle East and North Africa" Global
ABU DHABI, 18th May / WAM / The Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority won five awards in the Stevie Awards Middle East and North Africa categories, in recognition of its continued efforts in providing innovative solutions and distinguished administrative practices that enhance the efficiency of government work in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The Authority won the Gold Award in the “Innovative Administrative Practices” category for its project “Leadership in Government Value Creation: An Innovative Institutional Transformation in Procurement Management,” which highlights the Authority’s role in creating added and sustainable value through administrative processes.
The Authority also won the Silver Award in the “Innovative Achievement in Institutional Recovery” category, for the model “From Operational Fragmentation to Institutional Flexibility: A Government Model for Recovery in Procurement Management,” a project that embodied the Authority’s ability to adapt and shift towards a more flexible and efficient work system.
The Authority won a bronze award in the “Excellence in Government Innovation” category for its project, “From Procedures to Integrated System: An Innovative Leadership Transformation in Government Procurement.”
In the Innovative Management in Government category, Mohammed Majid Al Junaibi, Director of the Procurement Department in the Authority’s Support Services Sector, won the silver award in recognition of his efforts in developing the innovative operations system, in addition to another bronze award in the Innovative Management in Government and Institutional Transformation category.
These awards embody the commitment of the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority to adopt the highest standards of innovation and excellence in the system of administrative work and support services, and to adopt smart transformation to serve the community and preserve heritage with a modern vision, and in a way that supports the strategic objectives of the Abu Dhabi government.
It is noteworthy that the Stevie Awards are among the most prominent global business awards dedicated to honoring the achievements and positive contributions of institutions and professionals working around the world, and include many programs that attract more than 12,000 nominees from various entities and institutions in countries around the world.
