Distributing cash dividends to unitholders of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund

The Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) announced the distribution of cash dividends to unitholders of the SEDCO Capital REIT Fund for the period from January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026. The value of the distributed profit for each unit is 0.137 riyals, while the distribution percentage of the net asset value is 1.59%.

It clarified that the eligibility for cash distributions belongs to unit owners, according to the unit owners’ register at the end of 12-15-1447, corresponding to 06-01-2026.

It noted that the distributions should be paid within 60 days from the entitlement date.
